"The importance of having a clean skin"



I Would consider important to clean the skin to and choose the right product to do it. The recommendations to get a 5* skin are: wash your face twice a day, morning and night. A type is do not wash the skin many times with the product you choose to do it becouse you can cause irrigations on it and you can make it become alergic to the product. The use of soap (in liquid or bar) should be considered very good so that the pH of the skin is much changed. For a normal skin mixed, the preference for a soap without much concentration-additiveis the ideal to use. For oily skin, recommended to use soap with more substances drying - as purples or something stronger - that can be used as a preventative with soap lighter. It is a transient and conspicuous manner to behave and especially in dress or hairstyles.
To create style, fashion designers with five basic elements: color, silhouette, fall, texture and music.
The fashion is used as a sociocultural phenomenon that expresses society's values - uses, customs and habits - at that moment.
But the styling and design are complementary elements of the concept fashion, each with their roles clearly defined.
Fashion is a system that monitors the weather and clothing, which integrates the use of simple clothes in day-to-day to a larger context, political, social, sociological.

Fatima Lopes (Funchal, March 8, 1965) are a Portuguese fashion designer.

She’s from Madeira, Fatima Lopes grew up in the city of Funchal. As a child showed an interest in fashion and during her teens, unhappy with the clothing that was sold in Funchal, began creating clothes for herself. Thanks to her fluency in foreign languages, worked as a tour guide in Funchal for a travel agency.

The Interview to the Hokey Star

We went to the beautiful city of Estremoz where we met one young player of the team of the city wich name is Henrique. He is being a revelation the the sport called Hokey.

Hello !!!!!


What is the sensation of being the star of the team ?
The sensation is very good

When did you started playing hokey ?
Well, I started playing this sport when I was 7 years old.

Did anyone encouraged you to play it ?
Yes, my grandfather encouraged me because he played it too when he was young and he nowadays is the mechanic of the club.

Which competition or competitions have you won till now ?
Well, I have won with my team one against Beja, Castro Verde and Boliqueime and Aljustrel but all competitions were friendly.

Wich game was the most hard to win ?
It was the one against Externato São Filipes Team where we were defeated in their home by the result of 7-3. They are a good team.


Wich positions on the field have you played ?
I have started has a goalkeeper but that position to me is very boring and we got to have a lot of resistence, I have changed position because being a lot of time in the same position make my backs getting hurt, for now I am a defender.


How many goals have you scored till now ?
I have scored 3 goals for now against the team of Castro Verde.

Would you like to play in a great club ? Wich one would you like to play for ?
Yes I would like, in Sporting maybe because I am an adept of the club.

What do you do in your free time ?
In my free time I play football with my older brother and friends, I sometimes take a walk with my dog in the woods near to my house, I go in the end of the weekend with my grandfather to my hill helping him with the sheeps, chickens and trees, by giving them the food and give watter to the plants and trees.

School Trip to BTL and Oceanary

On the 15th of January the class 1ºT went to a schooltrip to BTL and Oceanary. We Left school at a quarter to eight and we arrived in Lisbon at 11 am. The bus travel was calm and we enjoyed it very much. The Oceanary was our first stop and it was really amaizing. We loved it a lot. At 2:30 p.m we went to BTL and BTL means "Bolsa de Turismo de Lisboa", a place where we could see many interesting places to visit and to go on holidays. We went to the visit with the following teachers: José Barroso and Margarida Catela.
